Last month Managing Director of ARC Research & Consultancy, Davinia Galea, delivered a presentation to the ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐๐ง ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค (๐๐๐๐) during its General Assembly, held in Valletta between ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ and hosted by Festivals Malta and the Valletta International Baroque Festival.ย
Davinia shared an ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐-๐ข๐ง๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ on sustainability, exploring how culture, longer stays and residencies can support the climate transition, wellbeing and territorial cohesion.ย
Drawing on a Mediterranean lens and the Victoria 2031 European Capital of Culture Candidate City bid, the presentation positioned islands not as exceptions, but as laboratories for Europeโs next policy frontiers.
