As the Malta Hub for the European Festivals Association, ARC has
successfully facilitated the process towards the Region of Gozo and the
City of Birgu’s signing of the EFFE Sealfor Cities and Regions. The Seal is a
recognition and an invitation to cities and regions that wish to associate and
integrate their development and image with a strong festival, cultural- and
European – commitment
