European Festivals Fund for Emerging Artists

EFFEA is an initiative of the European Festivals Association, co-funded by
the European Union, implemented in partnership with 13 EFFE Hubs
including ARC in Malta. EFFEA – European Festivals Fund for Emerging
Artists – aims to explore and discover the talents of emerging artists, and to
support them by offering them a platform to develop their careers under
the wings of arts festivals.
