The Time We Spend Together: Gozo Forum

ARC Research & Consultancy was proud to co-organise this three-day gathering, held in Gozo from 4 to 6 July 2026, together with the Victoria 2031 Foundation, European Festivals Association and A Soul for Europe, in collaboration with the Victoria Local Council and with the support of the Ministry for Gozo.

The Forum created space to reflect collectively on the uncertainties and challenges facing the arts, festivals, the importance of well-being, and the role of culture in supporting both individual and collective welfare.

Across the conversations, encounters and time spent together, three ideas resonated particularly strongly: slowness, care and generosity. We hope that participants will carry these values into their future work, relationships and collaborations.

Thank you to everyone who contributed their time, experience, openness and generosity to these meaningful days in Gozo.
