Villabianca Center for Music and the Arts for Children and Young People

The Malta Trust Foundation commissioned ARC to develop a strategic managerial plan for Villabianca, a centre dedicated to music and the arts with a focus on children and young individuals with disabilities. The strategic approach involved the creation of an organisational plan and supporting resources, which was achieved by synthesising existing organisational strategies with the unique requirements of this particular setting.
