Evaluation of the Cultural Partnership Agreement [Malta Arts Fund]

This study was conducted to evaluate the implementation of Arts Council Malta’s Cultural Partnership Agreement (CPA)-forming part of the Malta Arts Fund. 

It produced recommendations to inform the revision and updating of the guidelines and funding model.
