Victoria, Gozo shortlisted for ECOC 2031

Commissioned by the ๐•๐ข๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐š ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ ๐…๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ARC Research & Consultancy led the strategy, research, and writing of Victoriaโ€™s pre-selection bid book for the European Capital of Culture 2031, capturing Gozoโ€™s cultural aspirations and shaping a strong, forward-looking proposal for this prestigious European title ๐Ÿ“š

The bid was presented to an independent panel of experts appointed by the European Commission and national authorities, who evaluated submissions from the two Maltese candidate cities, Birgu and Victoria, during a ๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ-๐๐š๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž-๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฆ๐ž๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  held at the Valletta Design Cluster, before announcing the results.
