

Supporting emerging European artists operating at the intersection of culture, health, and social sectors.
Spearheaded by Culture Action Europe in collaboration with 14 other partners and funded by Creative Europe, the CultureAndHealth Platform will promote and support emerging European artists operating at the intersection of culture, health, and social sectors. Additionally, it aims to raise awareness and improve accessibility to cultural events and activities.
As the partner for Malta, ARC will be collaborating with Arts Council Malta to implement the local plan for the Maltese islands.
Funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union;
led by Culture Action Europe.
Over the next 4 years the CultureAndHealth platform will offer grants, mobility opportunities, training, and digital tools as well as providing exciting opportunities, all aimed at empowering emerging European artists.
These will include:
National Focal Points for culture and health
Artists will have a place to turn to for mentoring & peer support provided by the CultureAndHealth Platform members across the EU.
Grants and Mobility Opportunities
Over 170 artists will have access to financial support to carry out projects or engage in international learning mobility opportunities.
Capacity Building, Training and Knowledge Sharing
More than 60 live & online training sessions provided in multiple languages, complemented by
30 peer-learning workshops.
Showcasing and Networking Events
Four international conferences, plus additional onsite & online events/encounters showcasing innovative practices in bridging culture & health, fostering connections across artists, health and care professionals & other stakeholders.
An online database of artists
The launch of a digital tool in 2027 to enable matchmaking between the health & cultural sector.
