Commissioned by the 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟑𝟏 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, ARC Research & Consultancy led the strategy, research, and writing of Victoria’s pre-selection bid book for the European Capital of Culture 2031.
ARC Research & Consultancy were entrusted with developing Festivals Malta’s new 𝐟𝐢𝐯𝐞-𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲, launched last Friday.
