As the Malta Hub for the European Festivals Association, and leveraging its expertise and extensive European network of arts festivals, ARC Research & Consultancy is responsible for providing consultancy and research services to Festivals Malta.

Launch of Cultural Strategy for Rabat, Città Victoria 2026–2035
