First up was the workshop: ๐
๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ ๐
๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ: ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ-๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ, facilitated by ๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ซ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐จ, performer, psychotherapist, and educator. The aim of this workshop was to offer a dedicated space for artists to pause, reflect, and prioritise their own well-being through guided exercises & shared reflection.
In this session, participants were invited to explore what well-being means emotionally and practically, examined how self-care can support artistic and socially engaged work, and opened up engagement with the field of arts and well-being.

ARC Managing Director ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ also moderated a session given by Niels Righolt, Director at The Danish Centre for Arts & Interculture and ๐๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซรถ๐ฆ, Art Educator, Gothenburg Museum of Art entitled ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง (๐๐๐๐) ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ญ. The presentation proposed a model for increasing engagement in culture by outlining its methodological foundations, practical steps for implementation, and the conditions needed for its success, illustrated with a concrete example of how the model could be applied.
