Festivals Malta 5-Year Strategy Launch

Weโ€™re delighted to share that ARC Research & Consultancy were entrusted with developing Festivals Maltaโ€™s new ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž-๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ฒ, launched last Friday.ย 

Working alongside an ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐ฆ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐š๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ, the process brought together expertise in cultural policy, organisational strategy, and festival management, as well as engaged a wide range of stakeholders over ๐ž๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐š๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ฎ๐ž.ย 

The result is a strategy shaped by ๐œ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ and ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐š๐ฆ๐›๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง for the future of the organisation
