BidBook for Victoria2031 European Capital of Culture

ARC is leading the consultancy, research, and writing of Victoria 2031’s European Capital of Culture pre-selection bid book. This work is carried out in collaboration with the Victoria 2031 artistic team and the Victoria 2031 Foundation. Through strategic collaboration, in-depth analysis, and creative visioning, the bid book is being shaped to reflect Gozo’s cultural aspirations, ensuring a strong and forward-looking bid for this prestigious European title.
