EFFEA Call #4 – Attention local Festivals and emerging artists

EFFEA continues to support emerging talent across Europe by creating space for artistic development through cross-border festival residencies. The fund will support around 50 residencies taking place throughout 2026, with each residency making up a network of at least three festivals from different countries, coming together to host and mentor an emerging artist or collective.

This new phase of the fund, supported by Creative Europe through 2029, will broaden its reach to more regions, communities, and disciplines, reinforcing the European arts sector’s strength through collective action.
