What a moment for Victoria, Gozo, and for all of us at ARC Research & Consultancy!
As the strategic and technical team behind the bid, ARC led the development of the candidature strategy, worked closely with partners to shape its cultural and European vision, and coordinated the technical development of the bid and its submission.
We are immensely proud to see Victoria recommended for the title of European Capital of Culture 2031, and deeply grateful to everyone who contributed their ideas, knowledge, time, trust, and energy to this stage of the journey.
