๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ARC Research & Consultancy led the strategy, research, and writing of Victoriaโs pre-selection bid book for the European Capital of Culture 2031, capturing Gozoโs cultural aspirations and shaping a strong, forward-looking proposal for this prestigious European title ๐

The bid was presented to an independent panel of experts appointed by the European Commission and national authorities, who evaluated submissions from the two Maltese candidate cities, Birgu and Victoria, during a ๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ-๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐-๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฆ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ held at the Valletta Design Cluster, before announcing the results.
