Our Areas:

Strategic Development
Our approach to strategic development is grounded in a comprehensive and unique consultation process. We believe that strategic development must be adaptable, evolving in response to ongoing research, evaluation, and stakeholder input. Embracing new ideas, technologies, and perspectives is crucial, as it ensures that strategies remain relevant and effective. By remaining responsive to both local and external environments, we ensure that our strategic initiatives not only address current needs but also anticipate and adapt to future changes, thereby maintaining their impact and relevance over time.

Culture, Health & Well-Being
In our role as facilitators, we aim to bridge the gap between theory and practice, empowering stakeholders to learn and grow. The relevance of the intersection between culture and well-being has become particularly evident during and after the Covid-19 pandemic, with this becoming a key policy area. Through research exercises and collaborations with international and local partners in the field, we stay up-to-date with the latest trends and initiatives. We ensure that this specific policy focus is followed up through conversation, networking opportunities, initiatives, strategic consultation and stakeholder support.

Arts Festivals Policy & Co-operation
Our focus on arts festivals stems from the recognition that they can serve as key spaces for cultural exchange and dialogue. We recognise that arts festivals in Europe play an important role for nurturing mutual understanding, encouraging artistic expression and experimentation, and fostering cultural participation. By forming strategic partnerships with festival associations across Europe and through policy advocacy, we connect festivals with municipalities, public authorities, the arts community, and the wider public.

Culture and Democracies
Advocating for the vital role of culture in strengthening democratic resilience is central to our work. We champion inclusive dialogue, access to cultural participation as a fundamental right, and the protection of artistic freedom. Recognising the important role of culture in society, we advocate and form strategic partnerships to reinforce the sustainability of the cultural sector and to integrate cultural considerations into broader national and European policy frameworks.

Cultural & Creative Industries (CCIs)
Our work is dedicated to supporting policies and strategies that empower the cultural and creative industries to focus on the crucial later stages of the creative economy value chain. This includes enhancing their capacity in production and dissemination, ensuring that creative ideas are not only brought to life but also shared effectively with wider audiences. By targeting these stages, we aim to strengthen the overall impact and sustainability of the cultural and creative industries, enabling them to thrive and contribute more significantly to cultural diversity and economic development.

Cultural Exchange & Dialogue
Sharing knowledge through cultural exchange and dialogue is central to our mission, as it fosters a more cohesive European approach. By facilitating these interactions, we contribute to bridging cultural divides, enhancing mutual understanding, and promoting collaboration across diverse European contexts. This commitment to knowledge exchange not only strengthens the cultural and creative sectors but also supports the broader goal of a unified Europe, where cultural diversity is valued and collective progress is achieved.
