Huge congratulations goes to our ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ Davinia Galea who was announced as an ๐ˆ๐†๐‚๐€๐“ ambassador at the 1st World Gastronomy Summit in Barcelona.

This initiative recognises ๐ž๐ฑ๐œ๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ and dedication to safeguarding and promoting ๐Ÿ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ worldwide, and honours individuals who have gone above and beyond in supporting IGCATโ€™s ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ.ย
